Greetings from our representative
私は東京の門前仲町で育ち、農作物をその環境で食べて暮らしていました。
ある時地方に足を運んだ時に農薬を使っていない新鮮な野菜を口にし作物本来のみずみずしさやおいしさ、生命力を感じると共に身体が元気になるのを感じました。
その感動が忘れられず、都会を離れ本当に純粋な農作物の追求を目指したい。
日本の農業の未来を担い、本当に純粋な農作物を作り、日本の食を純粋なものにしていきたい。
そう強く思い徳島県阿南市に移り住み、農業に取り組んでいます。
農業法人日和ファームは、本来の日本の農業の形を大切に、日本から世界に純粋な作物を届けていきます。
I grew up in MonzenNakacho, Tokyo and grew up eating the crops there.
One day when I visited the countryside I ate the fresh and natural crops there,
and felt the life come back into me.
I could not forget this sensation, I left there city to live in "Tokushima Anan City" to find change the Japanese agriculture.
To bear the future of the japanese agricultural community, and being fixed on creating pure
crops by not using chemicals or any sort of fertilizer.
We at hiyori farm agricultural cooperation take great care on the essential japanese agriculture and providing our customers with pure rice.

有機農業の普及の取り組み
For environmental protection
農林水産省は化学肥料や農薬を使用しない有機農業の拡大に向け2050年までに、有機農業の面積を国内の農地の25%にあたる100万ヘクタールまで拡大することなどを新たな戦略に盛り込む方針です。しかし国内の有機農業の面積は、日本の基準を満たしたもので、2018年の時点で2万3,700ヘクタールと、農地面積のうち、わずか0.5%にとどまっています。この中で、国際基準を満たしているものは、さらに少ないと見られます。
我々日和ファームでは圃場を増やし、農薬を使わない有機米(一般的にはオーガニック米や無農薬米)を多く生産する事でこの取り組みに貢献出来るように取り組んで参ります。
The Ministry of Agriculture plans to include a policy which is expanding organic farming land to a million hectares, which is 25% of the farmland in Japan by 2050, for promotion of organic farming which is not using chemical fertilizer and Pesticides. However, the area of organic forming in Japan that meets Japan's standards is only 23,700 hectares, this is only 0.5% of the total farmland area, as of 2018. In that area, it is estimated that even fewer meet international organic farming standards.
We at Hiyori Farm are contributing to this effort by increasing our plots and producing more pesticide-free organic rice (organic rice or pesticide-free rice).
